Pricing FAQs

Do bridal makeup prices include the trial session?

Yes. Every bridal makeup package — Normal, HD, and Signature — includes a pre-bridal trial session. This allows us to understand your preferences and finalize the look before the wedding day.

Can I customize a pre-bridal package?

Absolutely. The Regular, Advance, and Luxury packages are starting points. If you need to add or remove specific services, we can create a custom package for you. Pricing will be adjusted accordingly.

Are there any hidden charges I should know about?

No. Every price listed on this page is final for parlour services. The only additional cost would be travel charges for on-location services outside Dholpur, which we always communicate before confirming the booking.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand plans change. Please inform us at least 48 hours before your appointment for rescheduling. For bridal bookings, a small advance may be required which is adjustable if rescheduled in advance.

Do you offer partial payment or EMI options?

For bridal packages above Rs.15,000, we accept payment in two installments — a booking advance and the balance on the service day. We currently do not offer formal EMI, but we're happy to discuss a payment schedule that works for you.

Are the products used during facial and spa included in the price?

Yes. All professional products used during your facial, cleanup, hair spa, or any other treatment are included in the listed price. We use trusted brands like Matrix, Loreal, Wella, VLCC, O3+, and Casmara.
