Important: By visiting our website, booking a service, or enrolling in our academy, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all clients, students, and website visitors.
Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
Booking Methods: Appointments can be booked via phone call, WhatsApp message, the Book Now form on our website, or by walking into the parlour directly.
Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us — either verbally on a phone call, via a reply on WhatsApp, or through our booking system.
Bridal Bookings: For bridal makeup and pre-bridal packages, we may request an advance payment to secure your date. This amount is adjustable against the final bill and is communicated at the time of booking.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 20 minutes late for your appointment without informing us, we may need to reschedule or shorten your service to accommodate other clients.
Service Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who displays inappropriate behavior, arrives under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or has a medical condition that makes the service unsafe.
Regular Services: If you need to cancel or reschedule a regular appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. There is no charge for timely cancellations.
Bridal & Pre-Bridal Bookings: Cancellations for bridal services must be communicated at least 7 days in advance. The advance amount paid is non-refundable if the cancellation is made within 7 days of the wedding date. However, it can be adjusted if the wedding is rescheduled and the new date is available.
No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment and have not informed us, we reserve the right to require advance payment for future bookings.
Parlour-Initiated Cancellations: In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (such as the artist's illness or emergency), we will inform you as early as possible and offer an alternative date or full refund of any advance paid.
Displayed Prices: All prices displayed on our website, price list, and promotional material are inclusive of service charges unless stated otherwise. We try to keep our pricing up to date, but prices may change without prior notice.
Final Quote: For bridal and custom services, the final price will be confirmed during consultation and may vary based on specific requirements, products used, and travel distance for on-location services.
Payment Methods: We accept cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and bank transfers. Payment is typically collected after the service is completed, except for bridal bookings where advance payment applies.
Travel Charges: On-location and home service bookings outside Dholpur city limits are subject to travel charges. These charges are communicated and agreed upon before the booking is confirmed.
Course Enrollment: Enrollment in any academy course is confirmed only after payment of the course fee (or first installment, if applicable). Seats are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Attendance: Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. If you miss a session, we will try to accommodate a makeup class, but this is subject to trainer availability.
Certification: A certificate is provided only upon successful completion of the full course, including all practical assignments. Partial attendance may result in a certificate not being issued.
Course Fee Refund: Course fees are non-refundable once the course has commenced. If you cancel before the course starts, a partial refund may be provided at our discretion after deducting administrative charges.
Use of Training Materials: All training materials, techniques, and course content are the intellectual property of Akanksha Sharma Beauty Academy. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial training without written permission.
Disclosure: You must inform our beautician about any known allergies, skin conditions, recent surgeries, medical conditions, or if you are pregnant before any service begins. We are not liable for adverse reactions that occur because information was not disclosed.
Patch Tests: For clients with sensitive skin or a history of allergies, we recommend a patch test at least 48 hours before any facial, bleach, or coloring service. This is free of charge.
Product Safety: All products used at our parlour are authentic, professional-grade, and within their expiry date. We maintain strict hygiene protocols — all reusable tools are sterilized, and disposables are used wherever possible.
Content Accuracy: We strive to keep all information on this website accurate and current. However, we do not guarantee that all content is free from errors or omissions. Service descriptions, prices, and availability may change.
Intellectual Property: All content on this website — including text, images, design, logo, and code — is the property of Akanksha Sharma Beauty Parlour and Academy unless otherwise credited. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our prior written permission.
